Wayne Toups: Take My Hand

This is a great love song from my home land. Louisiana, performed by the Zydecajun Wayne Toups (pronounced like toops). While I will always be true to metal, you have to understand. This is my culture, this music is the sound of Louisiana. I tend to forget, but this reminds me that Louisiana is a place all of its own. No where else in the world will you hear this. Enjoy!

LSU Headed for the BCS National Title!

After a great season. (As great as you can ask). The 11-2 LSU Tigers have been selected to compete againt Ohio State in the New Orleans Superdome.

For those in Europe or anywhere else. This is college football, in college football, we have the BCS (Bowl Championship Series) instead of playoffs. There is a committee that decides the college football rankings. So there are alot of factors and intangibles that go into deciding this. But LSU has had a up and down season this year. They went to #1 then lost and dropped down a few ranks. Then they came back up to #1. Then they lost again and dropped to #6. Last Friday, they won the SEC (South Eastern Conference) and jumped up to #2. Now they are going to play the #1 team for the national college football title.

This has been a year of upsets for college football. unranked teams are beating top teams. Really crazy stuff.

All I know is that LSU is my favorite college team. my home team. and im rooting for them.

Tread Slowly Carlito!

I have just read on 411 mania some interesting news on Carlito. In WWE's tour of Puerto Rico, Carlito lost 2 matches. Just understand this, Carlito is from Puerto Rico, he is a huge star their. Its like Brett Hart in Canada, sorta. Usually when WWE is in a wrestlers home town, they give them some victories to please the crowd. So it sounds like WWE and Carlito are on bad terms.
Not only that. But WWESHOP.COM Has put ALL of Carlito's merchandise on CLEARANCE.
I'd hate to speculate, but it seems that WWE is about to do some house cleaning.
But its a great time to buy some "EAT SPIT" wrist sweat bands.

Life in progress

I guess im gonna just write about myself now. Theres not much going on with my life right now. I am currently working for Budwiezer selling beer for 50+ hours a week. Im not going to retire at this job for sure. I dont know what I want to do with my life right now. I've been thinking about going to college, and it doesnt seem like a bad idea now. I have scholarship money so I can at least try school while its free. I dont even know what to study, except the girls. My main goal for right now is to pay off my truck note so I can move out on my own. I also know that I at least want to try my hand in professional wrestling. I know of a school in Atlanta that does 3 day wrestling camps so I figure I will try that around spring or summer. What I want to do all my life, I dont know. I really just wanna travel the world for a while, but im no millionaire. Iwish there was a job that paid you to travel and be on vacation all the time. I want to go to Europe, especially England. I also want to go to Australia and Japan. I guess I really just want to be on vacation for like 2 years.

Thats my life in progress, I guess.

Halo 3: A Recap

Well, I finally beaten Halo 3. Yes it took me long enough. But hey, I have a real job and sometimes when I get off work, I dont really feel like playing video games. But anyways. Ive finished the game. I played it on easy. I dont care, as long as I finish.

Well, I gotta say, I enjoyed the game. Best game ever? No, who can be the judge of that. Some of the cutscenes were hard for me to understand, but I knew the basic plot and what I had to do. The new weapons and environments were excelent. Gameplay was awesome. The battles were on the epic scale.

My complaints. The game was too short. I was hoping for a better final boss fight (like the giant Flood tentacles). The ending escape part was cool. But (SPOILER) I didnt like how the Master Chief died. They didnt show him die. And if he didnt make it. How did the arbiter live? He was in the same ship, wouldnt he have died too?

I really liked the game, dont get me wrong. those were just the ups and downs.

my rating **** 4 STARS out of 5

Autopsy is in on Brian "Crush" Adams

The Associated Press released the following story today.Lethal mixture of prescription drugs killed ex-pro wrestler AdamsTAMPA, Fla. (AP) -Former pro wrestler Brian "Crush'' Adams died last month after accidentally ingesting a lethal mixture of prescribed medications, the medical examiner's office said Friday. The 44-year-old Tampa resident died Aug. 13 from mixing a strong painkiller with muscle relaxants and two different types of sedatives, said Dr. Leszek Chrostowski from the Hillsborough County medical examiner's office.Chrostowski said he found "therapeutic levels'' of each of the drugs in his system, but the mixture slowed his respiratory system enough to kill him. There were no anabolic steroids in Adams' body, a report from the office said. The drugs that killed Adams included buprenorphine, an opiate-based painkiller that Chrostowski said is often used like methadone in the treatment of painkiller addiction; carisoprodol, a muscle relaxant; and sedatives chlordiazepoxide and alprazolam.Adams wasn't breathing when his wife found him unconscious in their home.A former world tag team champion, Adams last performed for the World Wrestling Federation in 2001 and served intermittently on the roster beginning in 1990, World Wrestling Entertainment said. He wrestled his last match in January 2003 when a spinal injury forced him into retirement.Adams' death came less than two months after pro wrestler Chris Benoit killed his wife and son before hanging himself on the cable of a weight machine in his Georgia home. Prescription anabolic steroids were found in the Benoit family's home, raising questions about whether the drugs played a role in the killings.

Halo 3 is teh awesome!

I just got Halo 3. Im a video game fanatic as well. I mostly buy the big title games. Anyways, after being blown away from Halo, and sorta disappionted with the ending of Halo 2. I was still excited for Halo 3. I havent nearly beaten it yet, but I already know that this is the game of the year/century. By the way for those of you who dont play games online. Start doing that. Nothing is cooler of nerdier than after you slaughter a few 10 year olds. Halo 3 does to video games what bacon does to sandwiches. And you can quote me on that.

BUY IT!!!
